Introduction to UB and EDI Workshop

This is a 2-hour long introductory session to EDI and UB and sets the foundations for further training and action. It includes activities and a Q+A session. This workshop is recommended for raising awareness in order for other actions to follow, and not as a standalone one-off training.

Un-Learn & De-BiasEDI & UB Ultimate Package

The Ultimate Package includes: the EDI Workplace Evaluation service, the introductory workshop, a series of seven training sessions that cover all core types of biases and intersections, resources, unlimited consultation. This service is recommended to be delivered throughout a year’s time for maximum Un-Learn & De-Bias effect.
